PrepFe helped me tremendously to solve problems that were similar to the actual exam. The timed tests are very useful to prepare for the sections.
After being out of school 25+ years, PrepFE was my primary resource for
preparing for the FE exam. It was very helpful that the solutions to
the practice problems included references for the current NCEES
Reference Handbook, the familiarity of which is key to success on the
exam. The web interface made it easy to log in and study, even if I
only had a few minutes, without the inconvenience of flipping pages back
and forth in a book. I was impressed that some of my suggestions were
quickly incorporated into the solutions, and I even received a couple of
personal emails. Of course, I loved the price, but that was less
important than PrepFE's effectiveness (there were free resources I tried
and ignored, since they weren't very helpful). Now, if only I could use
PrepPE!
I was using some other study material that was complicated and difficult. I found prep FE randomly and started with the free version. After studying a couple nights in a row I signed up for the monthly charge. I used it for about a month before my test and it was so helpful. I would much rather do questions and have a step by step answers. I was able to have the solutions with detail in the equations which was very helpful when taking my test.
Thank you for this course. I passed my FE exam, after so many attempts. When I bought this course I did not have too much hope. But I passed probably, because: your flash card definitions, graph of improvement progress, and first of all through the system of repetitions of the problems that I did wrong several times.
